Frequently asked questions
What documents do I need to rent a car in Dubai?
A passport and a driving licence issued at least 12 months before pickup. Tourists also need an International Driving Permit alongside their national licence. Minimum age is 23, with at least 1 year of driving experience.
What's included in the rental price?
Delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai, full insurance including third-party liability, and 250 km included per day. Child and booster seats are provided free on request.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit is taken on pickup — the amount depends on the car. It's refunded 20–30 days after your rental, once any traffic fines have been published (this typically takes 3–4 weeks).
How fast is delivery?
We deliver to your hotel or address in Dubai within 30 minutes in most cases.
Can I rent a car for a month?
Yes — fixed monthly rates start from 20,000 AED with 4,000 km included. See our monthly rental page for available cars.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (AED, USD or EUR), card (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), or cryptocurrency (USDT).
Do you have support in Russian?
Yes — our support is available in English and Russian, 24/7, via WhatsApp, Telegram or phone.
What happens if I get a traffic fine?
A 50 AED admin fee applies per fine, deducted from your deposit once it's published — you don't need to be in the country to resolve it.
