Rental terms & conditions

Tenant requirements

The minimum age for the tenant and any additional driver is 23 years old, with at least 1 year of driving experience in category “B”.

Documents required from the tenant and each additional driver:

  • Passport
  • Driving license, valid in the country of rental and issued at least 12 months before pickup

UAE residents need a certificate confirmed by UAE authorities. Visitors need an international driving permit or a standard accepted by UAE traffic authorities.

Rental period & mileage

  • Minimum rental period is 24 hours. Extra hours are billed at half the daily rate.
  • Rates are set in AED and may change without prior notice.
  • Daily mileage limit is 250 km. Each extra km is 10 AED for business/comfort cars, 20 AED for sports and luxury cars.
  • Rental price includes delivery and return within Dubai, plus car insurance.
  • Child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge.

Payment & deposit

Payment is made in full upon receiving the vehicle. Companies can pay by bank transfer; terms for long-term rentals (1 month or more) are agreed separately.

A deposit is taken on pickup — the amount depends on the car. It’s refunded 20–30 days after the rental, once traffic fines are published (this normally takes 3–4 weeks on the traffic police website).

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash — AED, USD or EUR
  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay
  • Cryptocurrency — USDT

Booking & cancellation

We accept bookings 24/7 — via the booking form, phone call, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Cancellations, by either side, must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the rental start.

Delivery and return are free within Dubai. Delivery to other emirates is available for an extra fee — call us for the exact cost.

During the rental

  • Return the car in the same clean condition it was rented in.
  • Salik (Dubai’s toll system) charges 5 AED per gate — billed separately after return.
  • A refuelling surcharge applies if the car is returned with less fuel than at pickup.
  • Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.
  • Seatbelts are mandatory for driver and front passenger at all times.
  • Children under 12.25 kg (27 lb) or younger than 2 years must use a child seat.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • The vehicle may only be driven within the UAE.

Insurance & accidents

All our cars are insured, including third-party liability. In case of an accident, call the police immediately and do not move the vehicle until a report is filed — without it, repair costs are charged to the client.

If an accident is the client’s fault, they cover the amount stipulated in the insurance contract, plus the time the car is out for repair.

Fines: a 50 AED admin fee applies per fine forwarded to the client. If the car is impounded, 1,500 AED applies on top of parking fees and downtime compensation.
